— Мне сегодня исполнилось 18 лет. Когда я услышал, что выборы состоятся 20 ноября, обрадовался. Сразу спросил, могу ли я проголосовать в свой день рождения. Мне ответили, что могу. Я рад, что мой день рождения совпал с историческим днем, который происходит в нашей стране. Это будет незабываемый день в моей жизни, — поделился студент Южно-Казахстанского университета имени Мухтара Ауезова Нурсултан Джаксыбек.
Стоит отметить, что в 38 колледжах и восьми вузах, расположенных в Шымкенте, обучаются более 120 тысяч студентов. Из них около 90 тысяч — люди избирательного возраста.
Всего в Шымкенте проживает более 245 тысяч молодых людей. Для эффективного использования досуга молодежи, разъяснения госпрограмм, реализации молодежных проектов различных направлений в городе функционируют четыре молодежных ресурсных центра.
