Алғашқы құрамы 1986 жылы Әл-Фараби атындағы мәдениет институтының негізінде құрылған би тобының би жетекшісі – Сәуле Балбаракова, ал көркемдік жетекшісі – ҚР мәдениет қайраткері марқұм Мұса Жарқынбеков болған.
