Дворец «Фосфорник» в Шымкенте отреставрируют по международным стандартам

Благотворительный фонд «Саби» приступил к масштабной реконструкции самого известного сооружения в Шымкенте-дворца культуры «Фосфорник», который будет подарен городу в обновленном виде.
Меморандум о сотрудничестве по модернизации культового здания был подписан между руководством фонда «Саби» — Асель Тасмагамбетовой и Кенесом Ракишевым, и акиматом города Шымкент.
Предполагается, что старт работ начнется осенью 2024 года.
На данный момент некогда уникальное здание находится в заброшенном состоянии и требует капитального ремонта.
Строительство самого крупного культурного центра Шымкента началось после открытия в городе фосфорного завода, в 1960-х, однако Дворец культуры начал работу в 1980 году. Площадь монументального сооружения составляет около 5 тысяч кв.м.
Согласно концепции реконструкции, которую по заказу фонда «Саби» разработали международные архитектурные агентства, здание Дворца культуры «Фосфорник» будет полностью переоборудовано, с учетом сохранения его исторически сложившегося внешнего облика.
В культурном центре появятся современные творческие пространства для детей и взрослых, где жители города смогут бесплатно заниматься в классах робототехники, шахмат, актерского мастерства и в других творческих секциях.
«Грандиозная реконструкция Дворца культуры «Фосфорник» в Шымкенте для нас не только один из самых крупных, но и очень ответственный проект. Согласно концепции модернизации, в культурном центре будет заниматься не только школьники и студенты, но и представители пожилого поколения. Мы надеемся, что таким образом удастся выстроить культурную связь и сохранение традиций между разными поколениями», — надеется Асель Тасмагамбетова, президент благотворительного фонда «Саби»

Частный благотворительный фонд «Саби»- основан в 2002 году меценатами Асель Тасмагамбетовой и Кенесом Ракишевым.
За более чем 20 лет работы фонд реализовал десятки системных благотворительных проектов. В частности с 2019 года в Актау, Алматы, Атырау, Петропавловске, Семее «Саби» построил высокотехнологичные детские экстренные хирургии, открыл бесплатные центры робототехники в 4 регионах Казахстана, в 14 регионах появились инклюзивные детские площадки, 80 молодых казахстанских предпринимателей получили гранты на развитие бизнеса на более, чем $2 миллиона. В ряде городов Фонд построил детские дома, школы, центр адаптации социально-уязвимой молодежи.
За время работы фонда «Саби» были поддержаны образовательные, медицинские и культурные проекты на сумму более 15 миллиардов тенге.
