Өткен жылы 11 көшеге асфальт төселді. Биыл 1 көше (Күмісқазық) асфальттанса, келесі жылы 18 көшеге (Қазақбаев, Хан тәңірі, Теміртау, Низами, Жангелдин, Тоқтаров, Дулатов өткелі, Амангелді, Құралбаев) асфальт төсеу жұмыстары атқарылады.
Шағынауданда өткен жылы 2 көше жарықтандырылса, биыл 2 тағы көшеге (Спатаев, Яссауи) жарықшамдар қою жоспарланып отыр. Келесі жылы 5 көше жарықтандырылады.
Сондай-ақ, биыл балалар ойын алаңшасы, спорт алаңшасын орнату үшін жер телімі қарастырылуда.
