«Қала аумағында 2022 жылғы суға шомылу кезеңінде қауіпсіздік шараларын қамтамасыз ету бойынша бекітілген іс-шаралар жоспарына сәйкес Шымкент қаласының Полиция департаменті, ҚР Ұлттық ұланның 6506 әскери бөлімі, Білім басқармасы, «Jas Otan» жастар қанаты, «Жастар» ресурстық орталығымен бірлескен патрульдеу мен рейд жүргізіледі», — деді департамент басшысы.
Спикердің сөзінше, қала әкімінің қаулысымен (13.05.2021 ж. №289) шомылуға рұқсат етілген 3 орын (Тоғыс су қоймасының «Холодильник», Бадам су қоймасының «Рахат Бадам», Қошқар ата өзенінің бастауы) және суда жаппай демалу, туризм және спорт үшін 2 орын анықталды (Шымкент мемлекеттік дендрологиялық саябағындағы көл, «Жайлаукөл» демалыс орны (Тұлпар)). Суға шомылуға рұқсат етілмеген жерлерде жазатайым оқиғалардың алдын алу мақсатында департамент аудан әкімдерімен бірлесіп шомылуға тыйым салынған 13 орынды анықтаған.
Бүгінгі күні, Шымкент қаласының су айдындарында жазатайым оқиғалар тіркелген жоқ.
Суға шомылу маусымында департаменттің 55 құтқарушысы халықтың қауіпсіздігін қамтамасыз етуді жүзеге асырады.
Айта кетейік, Жергілікті полиция қызметкерлерімен рейдтік іс-шаралар барысында су айдындарында шомылуға тыйым салынған орындарда қараусыз жүрген балалардың ата-аналары Қазақстан Республикасының Әкімшілік құқық бұзушылық туралы Кодексінің 364 (жалпы су пайдалану қағидаларын бұзу), 440-баптары (спирттік ішімдіктер ішу немесе қоғамдық орындарда мас күйінде болу) бойынша жауапкершілікке тартылады.
